However, the real truth is, the builder’s own company policy requires the price of the home to be the same whether you have an agent or not. Note: Above rebate is based upon 3% Commission being paid to our brokerage. Rebates% will vary based upon Commission being received by our brokerage from the sellers. When sellers provide a buyer agent 2.5% commission instead of 3%, the Rebate will be reduced to 1.25% of sale price.
